The City of Iron Mountain is in receipt of an application from Ryan Michaud for a zoning variance to build a home within the required rear setback from an interior lot line at a property located on Tower Drive, Iron Mountain, MI 49801. A complete legal description and map showing property location is available within the meeting information. The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 8, 2023, at 4:00 P.M. at Iron Mountain City Hall, 501 S. Stephenson Ave., Iron Mountain, Michigan 49801. Comments will be received until June 8, 2023, at 4:00 P.M.
