The Utility Billing Department is responsible for obtaining and processing water meter readings, preparing bills for water/sewer/garbage and collecting and recording payments. We also prepare and process service requests, collect and refund consumer deposits, maintain customer records, and handle customer questions and complaints.

The Water Billing Department is located just inside the rear entrance of City Hall where customer service staff await to provide courteous service and assist you with questions on billing, water/sewer rates, account history and balances.
